Denosyl for Dogs and Cats SAMe (S-adenosylmethionine)
What is Denosyl:
Denosyl is a product containing SAMe which may provide liver support and help maintain function. Denosyl may also help protect the brain in cats and dogs. Denosyl is for use under veterinarian recommendation for pets with liver disease and those needing brain health support.
How to use Denosyl:
Denosyl should be given on an empty stomach and at least one hour before feeding to have maximum absorption. It is recommended to give your pet 3-6 cc/mL of water immediately after giving your pet Denosyl to prevent the pill from sticking in the esophagus. If your pet requires more than one pill per day, then it is recommended to divide the pills up into morning and night doses. Contact your pet's veterinarian for their recommended dose for your pet.
